The moment he was birthed from the loin of his mother, Allen Duffy was able to command loyalty of the sea horse.
Later on he started drawing some comics.
He is living with his girlfriend, landlocked by the Palouse wheat fields, in Cheney Washington where he attends university, works in a library and plays a made up ball game called Twozull against a grain silo.
Frustrated with his surroundings, Allen occasionally returns to the ocean to frolic majestically with his sea horse brethren.
