I've been trying to talk my husband into getting a dog for years, but he won't give in. I dont even think the "filling the empty void in your life" line would work on him. Me tho.... any day, any time. I'm ready.

I know just how you feel Robin! My girlfriend has a cat and won't let me get a dog. The injustice is blinding!
